Both session types provide the same 2-hour pool refresher experience, including core scuba skills, safety drills, and confidence-building exercises. Afterwards, you can optionally add a guided dive to take your skills into the open water.

Take the adventure further - Optional Guided Dive: Once your pool session is complete, you can take your skills to the open water with a guided dive.
